ABOUT
RENOVATIONS BY REAGAN, create thoughtfully designed luxury spaces that are as distinctive as the people who live and work in them. Through inspired design, expert craftsmanship, and seamless project management, we transform ordinary spaces into timeless environments that reflect each client's unique vision, lifestyle and story.
With more than 23 years of experience in luxury residential and commercial renovations, I specialize in custom interiors, architectural finishes, and transforming overlooked residential and commercial properties into premium, high-value assets. I ensure every development reaches its full financial and aesthetic potential, delivering exceptional results in the high-end real estate market for investment groups and individual property owners. From concept development and material selections to final styling, every detail is carefully curated to create exceptional spaces for the South Coastal Bend that are both refined and deeply personal.
Our services extend beyond construction. Through professional design consulting, finish selections, space planning, color development, luxury staging, and complete project coordination, we guide clients through every stage of the design process with creativity, transparency, and meticulous attention to detail.
At Renovations By Reagan, we believe true luxury isn't defined by a price tag, it's defined by intentional design, uncompromising quality, and spaces that inspire for generations.
